On June 3, 1965, at about 4 p. m., sixty-eight-year-old Henry Winkel was discovered lying unconscious on the floor of his small radio and television repair shop in Racine. There was evidence of robbery and that Winkel had been severely injured. He died June 16, 1965, as a result of multiple skull fractures and head injuries received on June 3d.
